Program Mechanics

1. The Program is open to BPI Cardholders of participating BPI Cards in good standing. The participating BPI Cards are as follows:

2. The Promo Period is from November 15, 2020 to December 14, 2020. Redemption Period is until February 13, 2021.

3. BPI Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cardholders are entitled to avail of free CDO Chicken Ham (850g) for a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 6,000.

4. To qualify for the offer, the BPI Cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Card to pay for his or her purchases at participating branches of WalterMart Supermarket or via the  WalterMart Delivery app/website.

5. To redeem, cardholder must present the following at WalterMart Customer Service

a. Original receipt from WalterMart Supermarket or WalterMart Grocery Delivery (with minimum single receipt of Php 6,000)

b.  Participating Cards charge slip:

• Must be original and not photocopied
• Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy not accepted)
• Card Number printed on the charge slip matches the Credit/Debit Card number of the participating Card presented
• Transaction date must be within the promo period
• Actual Card used must not be expired

6. To redeem the premium item for WalterMart Delivery website and app purchases:

a. All orders must be placed through the WalterMart Delivery website or WalterMart Delivery app.

b. To avail of the promo, customer must purchase a total minimum order of Php 6,000 using a qualified BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card and must enter the promo code “WMFREEHAM” upon checkout. For BPI Debit cardholders: For payment options, choose Swipe On Delivery.

c. The promo is valid for all online orders either for delivery within Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Tanauan, San Fernando, Gapan, and Sta. Maria.

d. The promo code can only be used once per account.

e. The promo cannot be exchanged for items or discount privilege, and cannot be availed in conjunction with other WalterMart delivery promotions.

f. For orders paid online, WalterMart Delivery head office shall verify payment status and card used. The premium item will be delivered together with the grocery items only if payment is successful using a qualified card.

g. For swipe on delivery, the rider has to check if the card used is qualified for the promo and collect charge slip before release of the premium item to the Cardholder.

h. All delivery personnel shall carry a redemption log sheet. Upon delivery, the cardholder must sign as proof that the premium item is received. The rider shall put ‘Claimed Gift’ on the invoice.

7.  Promo offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

8. A Cardholder without original charge slip/s or with charge slip/s that are faded and unreadable will not be allowed to redeem.

9. A Cardholder can redeem the free premium item only at the WalterMart Supermarket branch where the transaction was made. For WalterMart Delivery purchases, see item no. 6.

10. Charge slip/s will be collected by the Customer Service representative / WalterMart Delivery personnel upon release of the free item/s.

11. Only one (1) redemption per qualified charge slip/transaction slip per customer per day is allowed.

12. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes, and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals made with the same store or establishment on the same day will not be allowed. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a straight transaction into multiple transactions to receive more than one reward.

13. For multiple charge slips generated from a single branch made within the same day, only one (1) qualified charge slip will be accepted for redemption per Cardholder even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified charge slip. WalterMart Supermarket reserves the right to refuse acceptance of multiple charge slip redemption if found in conflict with the mechanics.

14. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the free item to his or her card.

15. Any dispute concerning the product/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and WalterMart Supermarket.

16. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing WalterMart Supermarket promos. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

17. In case of dispute, in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

18. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo campaign.
