Lacing up for the BPI #BestLifeRun Corporate Race 2026? Whether you are teaming up with your coworkers for a fun 3KM bonding experience or challenging yourself to the 21KM half-marathon, consistent practice is the secret to a great race day.

Finding the right place to train makes all the difference. You want a spot that is safe, accessible, and ideally offers enough space to help you find your rhythm.

To help you and your teammates get those miles in, here are some of the best and most practical running spots across Metro Manila.

1. Makati: Ayala Triangle Gardens & Ayala Avenue

Best for: Visualizing race day and interval training.🏃‍♂️

Since the BPI #BestLifeRun Corporate Race 2026 happens right in the heart of Makati, there is no better place to practice than on the home turf.

On weekdays, the paved pathways of Ayala Triangle Gardens are perfect for a quick, shaded run before or after your shift. If you want to experience the actual race environment, visit early on Car-Free Sundays, when a massive stretch of Ayala Avenue is closed to traffic. It is the perfect opportunity to bring your corporate team together and practice running on wide-open roads.

2. Quezon City: UP Diliman Academic Oval

Best for: Shaded, beginner-friendly distance running.🌳

A favorite among casual joggers and seasoned marathoners alike, the UP Academic Oval is a classic. One full loop is exactly 2.2 kilometers, making it very easy to track your distance without looking at your watch.

The large acacia trees form a natural canopy, keeping the route cool even as the sun comes up. With a dedicated lane strictly for runners and cyclists, it is one of the safest places in the North to build up your stamina.

3. Taguig: Track 30th and BGC Greenway Park

Best for: The post-work escape.👔

If you work in or near BGC, fitting a training session into a busy weekday is easy. Track 30th offers a dedicated 300-meter paved loop that is well-lit and well-maintained—perfect for short runs or speed work.

If you prefer a longer, quieter route, head over to the BGC Greenway Park. This 1.6-kilometer linear park provides a continuous, uninterrupted pathway that lets you leave the city noise behind while staying safely within the business district.

4. Marikina: Marikina Sports Center

Best for: Flexible track training and structured speed work. 👟

If you live in or near the Shoe Capital, the Marikina Sports Center (MSC) is an iconic training ground. Known for its accessibility and rubberized track, it remains a favorite for busy professionals who need to squeeze in a run early in the morning or late at night.

While it is no longer open 24 hours, its extended operating hours still offer excellent flexibility for doing intervals, timing your laps, or getting accustomed to a flat, predictable surface alongside a highly motivated community of local runners. (Pro tip: Always check their official Facebook page before heading out, as the oval occasionally closes for private events or maintenance.)

5. Pasig: PhilSports Arena (ULTRA) Track Oval

Best for: Free, high-quality oval runs after a long shift. 🏅

For those working in or around the Ortigas business district, the PhilSports Complex (formerly ULTRA) in Pasig is a legendary spot. To promote wellness, the Philippine Sports Commission opens the track to the public for free. It is a fantastic place to blow off some steam after work.

The track is well-lit and secure, with a clear community etiquette: inner lanes are reserved for faster runners, while the outer lanes are free for those who want to walk or jog at a relaxed pace with their coworkers. (Note: If you prefer a nature run in the area, the nearby Pasig Rainforest Park also offers great, free jogging path.)

6. Pasay: MOA By the Bay and CCP Complex

Best for: Long-distance trainees (10KM and 21KM).🏁

If you are gearing up for the longer categories, you need long, flat stretches of road to test your endurance. The expansive sidewalks around the CCP Complex and the Seaside Boulevard at SM Mall of Asia provide an excellent, mostly flat terrain.

Start your run early in the morning to enjoy the sea breeze from Manila Bay and catch a beautiful sunrise. It is a highly popular route on weekends, so you'll be surrounded by a community of fellow runners putting in the hard work.

7. Muntinlupa: Filinvest City, Alabang

Best for: A refreshing, tree-lined weekend long run. 🌴

For those living in the South, Filinvest City is a premier destination for runners. Known for its wide sidewalks, clean air, and integrated green spaces like Central Park, it offers a refreshing alternative to the busier streets of the metro.

The area features shaded trails and varying elevations, which is great for building leg strength. Plus, the abundance of nearby cafes means you and your team can easily grab a well-deserved post-run breakfast.
