To check the status of your remittance transaction, you may either send an e-mail to inquireremittance@bpi.com.ph or inquire through the branches. Along with the Transaction Reference Number, you can also e-mail or give the following information:
- Name of remitter
- Date of transaction
- Amount of remittance
