1. Program Period: February 15, 2021 to May 31, 2021.

2. Open to all BPI and BPI Family Savings Bank retail clients.

3. Clients who deposit at least USD 3,000 fresh funds in their new or existing Dollar Maxi-Saver or Dollar Pamana Savings will get a free COVID-19 life insurance coverage*.

*Clients can only register once for the COVID-19 Life Insurance. If registered previously, clients can reassign the COVID-19 life insurance coverage to a relative or loved one who has an existing BPI or BFSB account.

4. Deposit will be put on hold for three (3) months. In the event that the depositor fails to meet the holdout requirement, the bank reserves the right to deduct the value of the reward.

5. All new account openings are subject to existing policies and procedures of the bank.

6. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI Unibank with the concurrence of DTI will be final.
