1. The BPI Pamasko promo is open to non-BPI customers that open a BPI #SaveUp account on the BPI mobile app and deposit at least Php 3,000 within the promo period.

2. The promo period is from November 15, 2022, to January 31, 2023. Opening of a BPI #SaveUp account is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the BPI #SaveUp account, which includes that the first deposit must be made within 7 days of account opening to keep the account open.

3. The Php 3,000 deposit requirement may be cumulative but should be made within the promo period.

Prizes

1. The promo rewards all qualified BPI #SaveUp account holders with a total of Php 3,000 deposits with:

Part A: An automatic reward of P1,000 total value eGCs:

Part B: A single raffle entry for a chance to be 1 of:

171 winners of Php 2,000 PriceLOCQ eGC, or
171 winners of Php 2,000 Robinsons eGC***

***Redeemable at Robinson’s Department Store, Robinson’s Supermarket, The Market Place, Shopwise, EasyMart, or No Brand.

2. Qualified account holders will receive Part A (Php 1,000 total value of eGCs) with instructions on how to avail the eGCs per merchant via Viber or SMS or email to the mobile number and email address they provided with their account application. This will be sent to account holders within 30 days of depositing a cumulative amount of at least Php 3,000 in the account. In case of non-receipt, they will be contacted via mail to the residential address provided with their account application.

3. Winners of Part B eGCs will be randomly selected through a digital raffle of all qualified account holders. The raffle will be conducted on February 14, 2023 at 3:00 PM and will be supervised by BPI and DTI representatives. Winners of the raffle will be verified before final announcement.

4. Qualified account holders may only win the raffle for Reward B once.

5. The announcement of the raffle winners will be on February 28, 2023 on the BPI website and the official BPI Facebook Page. The raffle winners will be contacted within 30 days of the raffle via Viber or SMS or email to the mobile number and email address they provided with their account application. In case of non-receipt, they will be contacted via mail to the residential address provided with their account application.

Redemption of eGC

1. To redeem the eGCs, account holders need to present their unique eGC codes to the cashier of the respective merchant.

2. The eGCs are transferable, Subject to Terms and Conditions of partner GCs. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item, or eGC.

3. The BPI accountholder shall be responsible for safekeeping his eGC. BPI and partner merchant shall not replace the redeemed eGC code.

Other Conditions

1. BPI accountholders whose BPI #SaveUp accounts are inactive, suspended or closed will no longer be qualified.

2. All questions and issues arising from and in connection with the Promo will be accepted until February 28, 2023, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.

3. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. Any feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective partner merchants.

4. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prize. BPI and its subsidiaries shall be held free and harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, expenses, taxes, fees and costs arising from or in connection with the BPI accountholder’s participation, availment of and/or use of the eGCs or prize under the Program.

5. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI accountholder’s availment of the Program, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance and/or delivery of the product to the BPI accountholders, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

6. By participating in this Promo, the BPI accountholder agrees that the Bank may collect information, such as, but not limited to, mobile number and e-mail address. Should he win game cards or be awarded eGCs, the BPI accountholder likewise agrees and consents to the display and disclosure of his name on the BPI website and Facebook page.

7. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.

Disqualifications

1. Employees of Bank of The Philippine Islands, Inc., promoting agency IDEO Studios Creative Media Company, and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from the raffle draw for GCs worth Php 2,000, but are qualified to receive the automatic GC rewards worth Php 1,000.
