2. Choose the gift item you want from the Jollibee packages. On the Remittance Form, indicate the following information*:
a. Name
b. Complete address
c. Contact number of the beneficiary    
d. Meal Package of the chosen item   
e. Quantity
f. Delivery Date
3. Send a remittance equivalent to the price of chosen items plus the necessary service fees.

1. Remitters are not allowed to cancel the order or change the beneficiary once the remittance has been received and/or processed by BPI Remittance Tie-Up.

2. Authorized Representatives may receive the gift item on behalf of the Beneficiary. An authorization letter from the Beneficiary must be presented together with a valid government issued photo-bearing ID.

3. Perishable items that are refused by the Beneficiary shall be considered received and forfeited in favor of BPI. Additional delivery fees resulting from this change are to be shouldered by the Remitter. Items ordered are not convertible to cash.

4. If address is not deliverable, package will be arranged for pick-up. Jollibee will contact the recipient to arrange the details.
