We will undergo a scheduled systems maintenance activity on May 23, 2021 from 12:01 AM to 10:00 AM and on May 24, 2021 from 12:01 AM to 10:00 AM.


During these times, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • BPI ATMs
  • BPI Cash Acceptance Machines (CAMs)
  • In-store and Online transactions using BPI Debit Card.


BPI Online and BPI Mobile app will remain accessible for your everyday banking needs.


BPI Credit and Prepaid cards will be available for online transactions and in-store purchases, as well as Cash Advance using non-BPI ATMs.


Please plan your transactions accordingly.

When will the scheduled systems maintenance activity take place?

Our systems maintenance activity is scheduled on May 23, 2021 from 12:01 AM to 10:00 AM and on May 24, 2021 from 12:01 AM to 10:00 AM.

Who will be affected by the systems maintenance activity?

1. All BPI Debit cardholders transacting via BPI and other banks’ ATMs and Cash Acceptance Machines (CAMs)
2. All BPI Debit cardholders transacting in-store (point-of-sale terminal) and online
3. All BPI Credit and Prepaid cardholders transacting via BPI ATMs and CAMs

Which channels will be unavailable during the activity?

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable: 

1. BPI ATMs
2. BPI Cash Acceptance Machines (CAMs)
3. In-store and Online transactions using BPI Debit Card.

BPI Online and BPI Mobile app will remain accessible for your everyday banking needs.

Will BPI Prepaid and Credit Card services be available?

Yes. BPI Credit and Prepaid cards will be available for online transactions and in-store purchases, as well as Cash Advance using non-BPI ATMs.

Why did we schedule on these days?

Our assessment tells us that these dates and times are the most ideal, considering the volume of transactions and the needs of our clients.

Will the branches be open to assist me?

Branches will be open on May 21, 2021 and May 24, 2021. We highly encourage you to plan ahead and schedule transactions before the maintenance activity.

I have bills to pay during those dates. When and how should I pay them?

We encourage you to pay your bills via BPI Online and BPI Mobile app to avoid penalties and charges.

Can I still withdraw using my BPI Debit card from BPI and non-BPI ATMs during the maintenance activity?

No. You may withdraw any time on May 22, 2021 (Saturday), or any time after 10 AM on May 23, 2021 (Sunday) and on May 24, 2021 (Monday).

Can I make international withdrawals?

BPI Debit cardholders will not be able to do international transactions during the maintenance activity.

Cash Advance transactions abroad will remain to be available for BPI Credit cardholders.

If I need money, in cases of emergency, what are my options?

Cash Options:
You may use BPI Online and BPI Mobile app for your funds transfer and online payment needs.
 
Payment Options:
You may also use your BPI Credit Card or BPI Prepaid Card for in-store and online purchases.

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your transactions or withdraw cash prior to the maintenance activity.
