Replacement of your Amore Cashback Card


Please be informed that we will be replacing your Amore Cashback Card free of charge. This is to avoid instances where your card may require a PIN for purchases at certain stores.


Kindly note the process and changes to be applied in replacing your card:


We will create and deliver a new Amore Cashback Card for you and your supplementary (if any) within the next 2 months. Upon receiving the card, please activate it immediately. Your old Amore Cashback Card will only be cancelled upon activation of your new Amore Cashback Card.


  • Your new Amore Cashback Card will have a new card number
  • If you are enrolled in Meralco via BPI Autocharge, your enrollment will be transferred to your new Amore Cashback Card upon activation. If you are enrolled in automatic payments of other merchants, you will need to coordinate with the merchant to transfer your enrollments. Here’s a guide on how to transfer enrollments from top merchants.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need to replace my Amore Cashback card?

Your Amore Cashback Card may inadvertently require a PIN when purchasing at certain stores. For your convenience, we will replace your Amore Cashback Card free of charge.  The replacement card should address the PIN requirement of your current Amore Cashback Card.

I also have other BPI Credit Cards. Will I also need to replace my other BPI Credit Cards so that I don’t encounter the same issue?

No. Other BPI Credit Cards will never ask for a PIN on retail transactions.This replacement is specific to your Amore Cashback Card.

Will I be charged for the replacement of my Amore Cashback Card?

No. This specific replacement of your card is free of charge.

When will I receive my new Amore Cashback Card?

Your new Amore Cashback Card will be delivered to you within the next 2 months after your receipt of the advisory.

Will the Amore Cashback Card of my supplementary be replaced too?

Yes. Your supplementary cardholder will also receive a new Amore Cashback Card along with the replacement of your principal card.

Can I still use my existing Amore Cashback Card if I have not received/activated my new Amore Cashback Card yet?

Yes. You may continue using your existing Amore Cashback Card. However, please note that your old Amore card will be cancelled within a month once you receive and activate the new Amore Cashback Card.

Will my new Amore Cashback Card have the same card number as my current one?

No. Your new Amore Cashback Card will have a new card number.

My existing Amore Cashback Card is enrolled in Meralco via BPI AutoCharge, will my enrolment be transferred to my new Amore Cashback Card?

Yes. Your Meralco enrollment will be transferred upon activation of your new Amore Cashback Card.

My existing Amore Cashback Card is enrolled in automatic payments of other merchants. Will my enrolment be transferred to my new Amore Cashback Card?

You may transfer your enrollment with other merchants. To help you in the process, here’s a guide on how to transfer your enrolments from top merchants. 

My existing Amore Cashback Card is enrolled in Check Protect. Will my enrolment be transferred to my new Amore Cashback Card?

Yes. Your Check Protect enrollment will be transferred upon activation of your new Amore Cashback Card.

When will my old Amore Cashback Card be cancelled?

After you activate your new Amore Cashback Card, your old Amore card will be cancelled within 1 month.
