Advisory: Mobile Key
Starting January 28, 2021, you may only use your Mobile Key PIN or smartphone’s biometrics to approve e-wallet cash ins, prepaid phone loading, and InstaPay transfers on the BPI Mobile app. The option to use the One-Time PIN via SMS is no longer available.
Activate your Mobile Key today for a seamless experience. Just log in to the BPI mobile app and select "Mobile Key." Enable your biometrics option for extra security.

Advisory: Service Fees
You will continue enjoying free and safer BPI-to-BPI fund transfers to enrolled accounts (up to 99 accounts) and via QR code, as well as bills payment to enrolled merchants, cash in to PayMaya and GCash, and loading to prepaid accounts.
Starting on October 12, 2020, a Php 25 Instapay service fee will be applied for fund transfers to other banks while service fees for BPI-to-BPI fund transfers to unenrolled accounts remain at Php 10.
