Service Advisory: Discontinuation of BPI SkyMiles Mastercard
Please be informed that the BPI SkyMiles and BPI SkyMiles Platinum Mastercard variants will be discontinued and your cards can no longer be used starting April 1, 2021.
To continue to enjoy the benefits of a BPI Credit Card, you will be issued a BPI Rewards Card*, so you can earn rewards points every time you spend.
Your newly created card will also appear in your BPI online account, if applicable.

Frequently Asked Questions: Your Delta SkyMiles Account
Purchases made using your BPI SkyMiles or BPI SkyMiles Platinum Mastercard before April 1, 2021 will still earn miles, which will be automatically credited into your SkyMiles account. Your earned miles will not expire and can be redeemed anytime by accessing your SkyMiles account through www.delta.com.
SkyMiles is the proprietary frequent flier mileage program of Delta Airlines. Your SkyMiles account is independent from your BPI SkyMiles Mastercard and will remain active even after your BPI SkyMiles Mastercard is permanently deactivated. There will be no changes to your SkyMiles account and the miles you have earned will not be affected. You can continue earning SkyMiles by flying with Delta Airlines and other SkyMiles partnerships. I have uncredited miles from my previous transactions. Can I still request to have this credited to my SkyMiles account?
Yes, you may call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 to report any uncredited miles until May 31, 2021. Any requests regarding uncredited miles reported after May 31, 2021 will no longer be accommodated.

I have outstanding balance and/or outstanding installment under my BPI SkyMiles/BPI SkyMiles Platinum Mastercard. Will this be billed in full?
There will be no changes to your monthly installment or outstanding balance. You can continue to pay for your monthly installments until the end of the installment term. You will still have the option to pay the minimum amount due every month or to pay your outstanding balance in full.
I have an outstanding installment on my BPI SkyMiles Mastercard / BPI SkyMiles Platinum Mastercard. Will I continue to earn miles?
You will continue to earn miles for installments billed on your account until March 31, 2021. To ensure that you continue to earn points redeemable to miles, Real Thrills Rewards points / Real Thrills Rewards Premium points will be credited to your new points-earning BPI Credit Card equivalent to succeeding monthly installments billed to your BPI SkyMiles Mastercard. Please wait for further announcements.
I have enrolled merchant bills/recurring payments in my BPI SkyMiles & BPI SkyMiles Platinum Mastercard. Will they automatically be transferred to my existing BPI Credit Card?
Your enrolled merchant bills/ recurring payments will not be automatically transferred to your new BPI Credit Card. You will need to re-enroll them to your new BPI Credit Card so you can continue to enjoy this convenience. We have prepared a guide on how to re-enroll the most common billers to your credit card.

Depending on your credit card limit, BPI will issue you either a BPI Gold Mastercard or a BPI Blue Mastercard so you can earn one (1) Real Thrills Rewards (RTR) point for every Php 35 spend. Rewards points are flexible and do not expire so you can accumulate points to redeem miles from over 55 airline partners such as Singapore Airlines Krisflyer, Cathay Pacific AsiaMiles, Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles, Cebu Pacific GetGo, Air Asia BIG Points, and more. You can also redeem shopping credits or dining vouchers.
Do I need to apply for a new BPI Credit Card to replace my BPI SkyMiles/ SkyMiles Platinum Mastercard?
There's no need to apply for a new BPI Credit Card. You will receive an electronic email and a SMS which indicates the credit card variant that you are qualified for. You may expect the credit card to be delivered to you within 60 days.
If you do not wish to receive a new card, please call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 within the next 5 days from receipt of the email/ SMS/Viber message or letter from BPI. Otherwise, you and your existing supplementary cardholder, if any, will automatically be issued a BPI Gold Mastercard or a Blue Mastercard.
Your new card will be sent to the mailing address indicated in our records. If you have not received your new card after 60 days from receipt of notification, you may call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 to follow-up.
If you need to change your delivery address and/or mobile number, please visit any BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank branch.
I have a supplementary card for my BPI SkyMiles Mastercard. Do I need to apply for a new card to replace his/her existing BPI SkyMiles/SkyMiles Platinum Mastercard?
There's no need to apply for a new BPI Credit Card for your supplementary cardholder. BPI will issue a BPI Blue Mastercard / BPI Gold Mastercard, so you can both continue to enjoy the perks and benefits of a BPI Credit Card.
I don’t have an existing supplementary card for my BPI SkyMiles/ BPI SkyMiles Platinum Mastercard. But I would like to get a supplementary card with my new BPI Credit Card. How do I request for this?
Your supplementary cardholder can download the application form here. Fill out the form and submit it to any BPI branch for processing.
I want to avail of a different BPI Credit Card variant instead of a BPI Blue Mastercard / BPI Gold Mastercard, what should I do?
If you want to avail of a different BPI Credit Card variant instead of a BPI Blue Mastercard / BPI Gold Mastercard, please call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 or contact your Relationship Manager to apply for the card variant you prefer. Please be advised that your request for a different card variant will be subject to approval.
