Branch Updates
Update on Paper GBP 20 and GBP 50 Banknotes
Please be advised that the Bank of England has announced that paper GBP 20 and GBP 50 banknotes will no longer be legal tender after September 30, 2022. With reference to this advisory, BPI branches can only accept and sell these said denominations until August 31, 2022.

All our regular branches will be open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Check clearing cut-off will be at 2:30 PM.
The schedules of branches located in LGUs under strict community quarantine may differ based on quarantine guidelines.

Branch Advisory: BPI Authorized Agent Bank (AAB) branches Schedule for BIR Tax Payments
- March 26, 2022 (Saturday) and April 2, 2022 (Saturday): AAB branches will open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- April 1, April 4-8, April 11-13, and April 18, 2022: AAB branches will extend banking hours until 5:00 PM

Decrease in Interest Rates of Third Currency Savings Accounts Effective August 1, 2020
Please be advised of the decrease in interest rates on the following Third Currency Savings Accounts effective August 1, 2020:

Fee Waivers for Over-the-Counter Transactions
Effective May 20, 2020, until further notice, BPI will continue to grant a waiver of service fees for select over-the-counter transactions in branches under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) or Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
However, the collection of service fees will resume in branches under General Community Quarantine (GCQ). Please refer to the table below.
