- Check clearing cut-off will be at 2:00 PM
Branches under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) areas such as Cagayan de Oro City, Davao City, Iloilo City, Zamboanga City, Dipolog City, Pagadian City, Butuan City, and Agusan del Sur will follow shortened banking hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Kindly plan your branch visits accordingly.

Updated BPI Family Savings Bank Over-the-Counter Transaction Fees
We have updated the fees for select over-the-counter transactions and branch-related services effective April 3, 2021.

2021 Holy Week Advisory
All BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank, and BanKo branches and kiosks nationwide will be closed from April 1 to 4, 2021 in observance of the Holy Week. Please schedule your branch-related financial transactions ahead of time.
Our online and mobile banking platforms, as well as our ATM and CAM network nationwide, will remain available for your everyday banking needs over the long weekend.
Please be advised to settle bills payments before the holidays to ensure that payments are posted on time. Likewise, there will be no trading and online forex transactions on holidays and weekends.
For overseas Filipinos, wire transfers and remittances will be unavailable from 10:00 PM of April 1 until 10:00 PM of April 2 (Philippine Time), when inward remittances will resume.

Decrease in Interest Rates of Third Currency Savings Accounts Effective August 1, 2020

Fee Waivers for Over-the-Counter Transactions
Effective May 20, 2020, until further notice, BPI will continue to grant a waiver of service fees for select over-the-counter transactions in branches under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) or Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
However, the collection of service fees will resume in branches under General Community Quarantine (GCQ). Please refer to the table below.
