Branch Holiday Schedule


Our branches will be closed on December 24, 25, 30, and 31, 2020, and January 1, 2021. Please settle bills payments and government transactions before the holidays. Standard clearing cut-off times will be followed.


Our digital channels—BPI Online, Mobile app, ATMs, and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs—remain accessible for your everyday banking needs. Furthermore, there will be no trading and online forex transactions on holidays and weekends.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cut-off schedule for the holiday season?

Branch transactions made on December 23 (Wednesday) and December 29 (Tuesday) will be processed on the same day.

Standard clearing cut-off times will be followed.

Will mall branches be open on weekends?

No. In keeping with our adjusted branch operation schedules due to COVID-19, branches will not be opened on weekends.

Will there be no extension of banking hours during the holidays?

No. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, we will be maintaining shortened banking hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for regular branches, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for select branches.

Will there be trading and online forex transactions on holidays and weekends?

There will be no trading and online forex transactions on holidays and weekends. Clients are also advised to settle bills payments on or before the holidays.

What is the operations schedule for remittances?

Remittance operations will be closed from 9:00 PM, December 24, 2020 Thursday, until 9:00 PM December 25, 2020, Friday. Normal 24/7 backroom operations for inward remittances will resume at 9:00 PM, December 25, 2020, Friday.

 
Likewise, remittance operations will be closed from 9:00 PM December 31, 2020, Thursday, until 9:00 PM, January 1, 2021, Friday. Normal 24/7 backroom operations for inward remittances will resume at 9:00 PM, January 1, 2021, Friday.
