Advisory: BPI Systems Maintenance

Update, September 8, 2023: The old BPI mobile app and BPI online will not be available from September 9, 2023 (Saturday), 11:00 PM to September 11, 2023 (Monday), 8:00 AM.

However, the new BPI app will be available on September 10 (Sunday), from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, in between the scheduled maintenance periods stated below. 

We will undergo a systems maintenance activity on the following dates and times:

• September 9, 2023 (Saturday) 11:00 PM to September 10, 2023 (Sunday) 10:00 AM 
• September 10, 2023 (Sunday) 11:00 PM to September 11, 2023 (Monday) 8:00 AM

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Channels – ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), BPI Online and BPI Mobile app, BPI BizKo, BPI BizLink*
• BPI Debit Cards, BPI Credit Cards**, and BPI Prepaid Cards**
• BPI services using BPI Online credentials in partner websites and apps, interbank funds transfer to BPI, and funding of BPI Prepaid Cards
• VYBE sign-ups, cash-ins, and cash-outs
• BPI Phone Banking Self-service Facility

*Maintenance activity for BPI BizLink will start at 10 PM on September 9, 2023 and September 10, 2023.

**BPI Credit and Prepaid Cards will be available on September 10, 2023 and September 11, 2023 starting 6:00 AM.

All BPI clients who plan to use BPI ATMs and CAMs, BPI Online, BPI app, BPI Online credentials in partner apps and websites, BPI Debit Cards, BPI Credit Cards, BPI Prepaid Cards, BPI Phone Banking Self-service Facility, BPI BizKo, BPI BizLink, and cash-in/cash-out or sign-up to VYBE.

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the systems maintenance activity. For your branch visit, you may check our branch schedule on our website.

We encourage you to plan accordingly and do your urgent transactions (CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, BPI Online and BPI app transactions) before the systems maintenance activity.

BPI Credit Card and BPI Prepaid Card services will be available from 6:00 AM to 10:59 PM on September 10, 2023 and 6:00 AM onwards on September 11, 2023.

Cash options:

• If you have a BPI Credit Card, you can do Cash Advance via non-BPI ATMs. You will need your PIN to activate the Cash Advance feature. This will be subject to cash advance fee and other service fees.
• If you have a pre-loaded ePay Mastercard/Visa Prepaid Card, you can withdraw via non-BPI ATMs. You will need your PIN to activate and proceed with your withdrawal. This will be subject to usage fees of non-BPI ATMs.

Payment options:

• You may use your BPI Credit Card for in-store and online purchases.
• You may also use your pre-loaded retail or corporate ePay Mastercard/Visa and Amore Visa Prepaid Card for in-store and online purchases. 

During this activity, the following Cards services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Debit Cards for in-store and e-commerce transactions, local and international withdrawals, including Card Control services.
• BPI Prepaid Cards for in-store and online purchases, including local and international withdrawal transactions (subject to applicable fees).
• BPI Credit Cards for in-store and online purchases including local and international Cash Advance transactions (subject to applicable fees).

However, BPI Credit and Prepaid Cards will be available from 6:00 AM to 10:59 PM on September 10, 2023 and 6:00 AM onwards on September 11, 2023.
