1. To report a lost or stolen ATM or credit card, call BPI Express Phone then
dial 5 “To Report a Lost Card” from the main menu.

2. For password reset, please click "Reset Your Password" in the login page.
3. If you are requesting for the following:
  Reorder a checkbook
  Inquire about the status of your BPI Direct deposit account, credit card, auto and housing loan
  Make ATM and credit card related requests
  Inquire about your loan or remittance
  Please log in to Express Online then choose the type of request you want to make under Other Services.
  Important: You have to be an Express Online member to request for the services above.

5. For BPI Direct-related inquiries, log on to www.bpidirect.com.
6. For BPI Trade-related inquiries, log on to www.bpitrade.com.
